The Child Development Center is sponsored by ACCA and licensed by the state of Virginia for infants to preschool children. Its mission is to provide quality child care for working families with financial needs.

Services to all those that need them at "no cost."

• Family Emergency Service: food and emergency finanicial aid.
• Furniture: Donate (will pick-up) or Deliver furniture to needy families.
• Housing Repair: Annual Home Repair Program.
• Meals on Wheels: Deliveries to home bound, elderly and convalescing.
• Scholarships: grants awarded annually to graduating high school senior.
• Shelter Assistance: Assistance for those leaving a community shelter.
• Transportation: Car transportation for those unable to drive to medical appointments.
